Overview
Dashboard
The command center: summary stats, what needs attention, recent activity, and the modular grid you can rearrange to your workflow.
The Dashboard is where you land after sign-in. It's a modular grid: you arrange the tiles for the metrics, lists, and insights you check daily, and each tile is as tall as what it shows.
What you'll see
- Summary stats: six tiles (feedback, themes, features, initiatives, releases, outcomes), each with a total and a one-line signal such as
12 new,3 at risk,2 overdueor4 pending. Click one to open that list. - Needs attention: stalled features, overdue releases and at-risk accounts, in one row.
- Top feedback, Account health, Features in pipeline, Upcoming releases, Team capacity and Product backlog tiles, each linking through to the rows behind them.
- Activity log: the most recent changes with links to the affected rows. The arrow opens Activity, the full list with filters.
Customising the grid
Enter customize mode from the topbar's customize menu (⌘, / Ctrl+,). Drag tiles to reorder them, widen or narrow them from the handle on their right edge, and hide tiles you don't want. Layout persists per-user; teammates see their own arrangement.
Tiles size themselves. Nothing scrolls inside a tile: a list shows its first few rows, and more wherever the column beside it is taller, so the two columns end level. Space is left empty only where a list has nothing more to show. The arrow at the top of each tile opens the full list.
