Activity
Every change across the workspace on one page: who changed what and when, grouped by day, with filters for type, action, person, source, date range and record title.
Activity is the full version of the dashboard's Activity log tile. Open it from the arrow on that tile, from Activity in the sidebar, from the command palette (⌘K / Ctrl+K), or with G A.
What you'll see
- Events, newest first, grouped by day: the time, who acted, and what changed, written as a sentence: "changed priority from Medium to High on Checkout", "created SSO for enterprise", "linked Figma file … to Checkout". Changes made through the API, MCP or the Copilot say so (
via MCP). Records show as pills that open the record. - Count: how many events match the current filters.
- Paging: the latest 50 events, then Load more.
Filters
- Search by record title: matches the record's name as it was when the change was made.
⌘F/Ctrl+Ffocuses it andEscclears it. - Type: any entity type, plus comments and Claude Code sessions. Admins and owners also see members, invitations, API tokens, widget keys, integrations, custom fields and workspace settings.
- Action: created, updated, moved to Trash, restored, deleted permanently, linked, unlinked, merged and the rest.
- Person: anyone in the workspace, or Automations for changes no person made (webhooks, scheduled jobs, the feedback widget and portal).
- Source: the app, the API, MCP, the Copilot, webhooks, imports and the other ways in.
- Date range: any time, or the last 24 hours, 7, 30 or 90 days.
Admins and owners see every event. Members, commenters and viewers see changes to records, comments and Claude Code sessions; changes to members, access, integrations and workspace settings are left out for them, as on the dashboard tile.
Filters are kept in the page address (/activity?type=features&range=7d), so a filtered view can be bookmarked or shared. Clear filters resets them.
