- Who counts as a member?
- Anyone with the Owner, Admin or Member role: the people who create and change things. Viewers and commenters are free on every plan, so engineering, leadership, sales and marketing can read the roadmap, the thread and the battle cards without paying for a seat.
- How does AI billing work?
- On any plan you can bring your own Anthropic key and pay Anthropic directly, with no cap from us. Pro and Team also include hosted AI with a monthly allowance, for teams that would rather not manage a key.
- Can agents use ProductOS on the free plan?
- Yes. The MCP connector is on every plan. Claude, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and other MCP clients sign in with OAuth and act with your role.
- Is checkout live?
- Not yet. Every plan starts as a free workspace today, and paid plans switch on in the same workspace when checkout ships. Nothing you build is lost.
- Can I move from another tool?
- Import feedback, features and the rest from a spreadsheet, and sync issues, tickets and notes from the integrations. Export everything to Excel whenever you like.
