The SWOT page is the workspace's living strategic inventory, internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats.

## What you'll see

- **Table**: one row per item: category (`strength | weakness | opportunity | threat`), title, description, impact (`low | medium | high`), status (`active | resolved | archived`)
- **Distribution strip**: item counts per quadrant; click one to filter the table to that category
- **Filter bar**: category, impact, status

## Common actions

- **Add SWOT Item** button in the toolbar (pick the category in the drawer)
- Change an item's category from the drawer's category select
- Set impact and status from the drawer
- Set status to `archived` when an item is no longer relevant; there is no bulk archive action

## When to use it

Once a quarter, ahead of OKR planning. The SWOT informs which Opportunities should turn into Initiatives, and which Threats need mitigation features.
