# Integrations

> Connect / disconnect third-party providers. Per-provider configuration, sync triggers, an issue importer and a health dashboard.

The Integrations section is where you connect and configure every third-party provider: dozens of live providers (GitHub, Linear, Jira, Intercom and Slack among them) plus the GitHub App, with the rest of the catalogue marked **Coming soon** and the reason why.

## What you'll see

- **Connections tab**: the **GitHub App** card, then **Active connections** grouped by kind (Sync providers, Webhook destinations, Credential vaults), each with a status chip (`Connected`, `Running`, `Partial`, `Error`, `Disconnected`)
- **Catalogue**: every integration grouped by category (Project Management & Issue Tracking, Communication & Collaboration, Customer Feedback & Support, Design Tools, Analytics & Product Metrics, CRM & Sales, Development & CI/CD, Data Warehouses & BI), with search, a category filter and a **Connected only** switch. Tiles are tagged **Live** (managed in Active connections) or **Coming soon**
- **Per-card actions**: Connect (OAuth where the provider supports it, otherwise a credential form with **Connect & test**), Configure, Disconnect

## Per-provider panels

Most providers expose:

- **Connection state**: status chip plus the last-sync time and item count, or the last error message
- **Capabilities**: a read-only list in the Configure dialog of what the integration does; there are no per-capability toggles
- **Options**: provider-specific settings in the Configure dialog (which project, team or channel to sync, and similar)
- **Sync now**: manual trigger for sync providers. Webhook destinations get **Send test** instead, credential vaults get **Verify key**
- **Disconnect**: removes the connection and its stored credentials; data already synced into ProductOS stays

## Import tab

The **Import** tab pulls recent issues from a connected **Linear** or **Jira** workspace and converts the ones you pick into ProductOS features. Connect the provider under the **Connections** tab first; the importer then lists recent issues with a preview so you choose exactly what comes in (issues already imported are flagged to avoid duplicates). File-based bulk import/export lives separately under [Import / Export](https://productos.ca/documentation/pages/settings/import-export).

## Health tab

The **Health** tab at the top of the page is a sync-status dashboard across every connected provider. It shows summary counts (connected, currently failing, errors in the last 7 days) plus a per-provider card with last-sync state, 7-day event/error counts, the next scheduled run, and the most recent error message. A **Refresh** button re-pulls `GET /api/v1/integrations/health` on demand.
