# Danger zone

> Permanently delete every entity in the workspace. Owner only.

Source: https://productos.ca/documentation/pages/settings/danger-zone (last reviewed 2026-09-22)

The Danger zone has one action: **Delete all data**, owners only. Non-owners who open it see a Locked panel.

Transferring ownership, removing onboarding samples and re-running onboarding live elsewhere; pointers below. Deleting the workspace as a whole isn't exposed in the UI.

## Delete all data

Permanently wipes the rows listed below. Confirmation gate: you must type `DELETE ALL DATA` (case-sensitive) before the button is enabled.

What is removed:

- All feedback, themes, features, and initiatives
- All releases, outcomes, and roadmap items
- All accounts, personas, products, and modules
- All team members and teams
- All AI-generated insights, embeddings, and activity logs
- All junction table links (Golden Thread connections)
- Integration connections (stored provider credentials)

What is preserved:

- Your account and the workspace itself
- Your API keys and settings
- Entity naming customizations
- Strategy, intelligence, GTM, sales and design-system records (objectives, competitors, launch plans, battle cards, design tokens and so on): they are not on the list, so they survive

This is **not** the same as deleting the workspace, the workspace shell remains.

## Where the other "destructive" flows live

- **Re-run onboarding**: Settings → Workspace → "Re-run onboarding" (owner only; replays the wizard and preserves your API key, manually-added entities and Knowledge fields).
- **Sign out**: from the account menu in the top bar.
- **Clean up onboarding samples**: the **Remove samples** button on the onboarding banner (shown while sample rows still exist), or re-run onboarding with a wipe. There's no button for it in Settings.
- **Transfer ownership**: Settings → Members & Roles, pick **Owner** in another member's role dropdown (owner only; you become an admin).
- **Delete workspace**: not exposed in the UI. Contact support if you need it.
