Win/Loss is the post-mortem for every deal, won or lost. Captures the primary reason, contributing factors, and what to do differently.

## What you'll see

- **List view**: title, outcome (`won | lost`), deal value, primary reason, competitor (if any), close date
- **Overview strip**: won / lost counts
- **Filter bar**: outcome
- For the per-competitor tally, open a competitor: its drawer lists the win/loss records linked to it

## Row drawer

- Title, account, outcome
- Deal value ($), close date
- Competitor: who you lost to or beat
- **Primary reason**: single-line: the headline cause
- **Contributing factors** (list), supporting causes
- **Lessons**: what changes next time

## Common actions

- **Add Win/Loss** button in the toolbar
- When a deal blocker is marked lost, add the record here by hand and pick the same account; nothing is promoted automatically
- **ProductSense** in the toolbar: AI reads your win/loss corpus alongside competitors and battle cards, and proposes what to change

## How this feeds back

Win/loss records are one of the sources in the workspace knowledge block, so ProductSense, Copilot and AI field generation can cite them, for example when drafting a battle card's talk track. The Battle Cards page reads them only through ProductSense; theme prioritization doesn't read them at all.
