A Launch Plan coordinates the GTM activities around a release: the checklist, the channels, the date, the people.

## What you'll see

- **List view**: title, status (`draft | planning | active | launched | completed`), launch date, checklist progress (done / total), channel count
- **Launch pipeline strip**: launches per status
- **Filter bar**: status

## Row drawer

- Title, linked release (search picker)
- Launch date, status
- **Checklist**: list of items, each with a task, owner, due date and a done / pending state; rendered as a task list
- **Channels**: list of channel names (free text, e.g. "Email, Blog, Slack")
- Notes: long-form

## Common actions

- **Add Launch Plan** button in the toolbar (pick its release in the drawer)
- Tick a checklist item to toggle it between done and pending; add items one at a time
- **ProductSense** in the toolbar: AI reviews your launch plans and proposes edits

## Release vs. Launch

A Release is *what shipped*; a Launch is *how you told the world*. One release can have multiple launches (e.g. soft launch to beta segment, then public launch). A launch links to at most one release, and the link is optional.
