# ProductOS

> ProductOS is the system of record for product decisions. Customer evidence, strategy, the work, the code that shipped it and the outcome it moved sit on one thread that you and your agents read and write.

Product intent in. Shipped outcomes out.

## How it works

Customer feedback is grouped into themes. Themes become Work (features), grouped under initiatives that name the objective they serve. Work ships in releases, with its pull requests and coding-agent sessions (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) recorded on it. Each initiative ends in an outcome with a baseline, a target and what actually happened.

Around the thread: strategy (vision, OKRs, SWOT, positioning), market intelligence (competitors, trends), go-to-market (launch plans, messaging, channels) and sales intelligence (deal blockers, win/loss, battle cards).
